The Fine Emirne weave unfolds a delicate, even weave. Bringing the warmth of raw raffia, this weave embodies a craft skill characteristic of Madagascar. Made from raffia fibres, it is used in decoration: furniture cladding (sideboards, dressers, cupboard doors), headboards, wall panels, partitions, false ceilings, lighting, screens and bespoke fit-out, as well as making decorative objects.

A unique weave to fit

Each weave is unique and may show slight variations, reflecting its natural origin and handcrafted making. Delivered raw, with no backing or gluing, it is cut to suit your project and glued or stretched onto a support. Colours may vary from one batch to another.
