Your choice of material depends mainly on the look you want and the fitting technique planned: rattan caning for a faithful restoration, paper or raffia weaving for a more contemporary reinterpretation. These ready-to-fit rolls are attached to a pre-drilled frame, with no need for hand-weaving skills. Once fitted, they require only minimal care, kept away from excess moisture.
