Bending and working Tohiti

Finer than other rattans, Tohiti shapes easily after steam heating, which boosts its malleability. Like any rattan, it fears air that is too dry, which may cause cracks; bring your pieces indoors during humid seasons and keep the fibre away from temperature changes. Dusting with a soft cloth is enough for care.
